Friday's Musings

There is quiet a bit happening here at Wingsical Whims Embroidery.  Always busy with some new things to come your way.   More often that not I have more than 5 or 6 projects in the works, some which I have to think through a bit more than others.  I have been creating more and more In The Hoop Projects coming soon to Wingsical Whims. 

For today.......... I am not creating and thinking to hard.  :) 
So out came my idea and sketch book.  :)

Embroidery Tinting or Coloring

New Embroidery Tinting or Coloring Designs at Wingsical Whims Embroidery 

Color tinting is an old fun way to put your own spin on a design.

Many years ago, I did this with my Mom with hand embroidery.

What is color tinting you ask?

It is a embroidery design that has only lines or Line Art it can be both hand and Machine Embroidery designs.  They are designs that you can color using many different products.  And can be so much fun to do.  

I have just released some of these designs.  

These can be purchased Singling or in a pack.

This one below is also listed separately, as well a couple that have been listed prior.

You can use many different things to color these with.

They make great soft books for kids, add your own spin on a Feed Sack Towel.

The possibilities are endless.

Some of the products I used are:  Crayons, Fabric Markers, Fabric Paint, Sharpies, Colored Pencils, Puffy Paint.  Embroidery Paint.  The list could go out.  Just make sure if you are going to wash to use ones that are permanent.
